What is the working principle of the vulcanizing machine

1. The vulcanization of rubber belts is a process of changing from raw rubber to cooked rubber. In this process, pressure, temperature, and vulcanization time need to be controlled.

2. The vulcanizing machine satisfies this process. The frame and the hydraulic plate provide pressure, and the electric control box and the heating plate provide the temperature and control the vulcanization time. Generally, the vulcanization temperature of domestic ordinary rubber belts is 145 degrees, the vulcanization pressure does not exceed 1.5 mpa, and the vulcanization time varies from 30 to 60 minutes according to the different belts.

3. Regarding the vulcanized raw rubber, it is a clay-like plastic body, which contains a certain proportion of sulfur. Through heating, pressurization, and a chemical reaction at a certain temperature and pressure for a period of time, it becomes an elastic rubber. The sulfur is in this process. It acts as a bridge between rubber molecules and molecules, so this process of raw rubber becoming cooked rubber is called vulcanization.

4. The vulcanization time refers to the period of time during which the vulcanization temperature is maintained to fully vulcanize the tape, also known as the holding time.
