How to control the glue output of dispensing machine

   There are two ways to dispense glue from the glue dispensing machine. One way is to give the glue a certain pressure. The glue will be squeezed from the dispensing needle to the surface or inside of the product under the action of pressure. The second way is to set the glue time. The longer the glue time, the greater the glue output, and vice versa.

So how to control the amount of glue?

   First of all, you have to calculate the amount of glue dispensed for each dispensing product of the dispensing machine. The calculation method is to measure the volume of the product where the product is dispensed, and the size of the volume is the amount of glue dispensed each time.

   Knowing that the amount of glue can not achieve the purpose of accurate dispensing, we also need to control the amount of glue dispensed by the dispensing machine. The amount of glue dispensed within a certain period of time must be equal to the volume of the product where the product is dispensed. If the set glue time is longer, the glue output will be larger.
