Below is the full process:

First step:Mixing the liquid silicone raw material with catalyst and colors according the ratio.

Second,When mixed the Silicone and catalyst and color, air will occur.Then need to have a vacuum process to remove the air bubble out. Removing bubble is done by Vacuum Machine.

Third,fill the color into the outmost grooves of the mold with a dispensing machine

Fourth,baking the products with mould.

Fifth, heat and press for forming.

Sixth,cooling the mould
