   First of all, determine the pressure. The pressure of the heat press machine has a constant standard. If the pressure is too high, the compression deformation of the transfer label will increase, and the most direct one is to cause the pattern deformation. If the pressure is too small, it is easy to cause the substrate and the label to fail to adhere, and the fastness will be greatly reduced. Therefore, during the transfer process, we must pay attention to the uniformity of each pressure point.

   Second, speed requirements, which are determined based on the size and thickness  of the label

   Finally, the temperature is controlled, if the temperature is too high, it is easy to print bad labels! If the temperature is too low, the transfer will not be firm or directly transfer. Therefore, the best temperature for heat transfer is controlled in the range of 180℃-220℃.
