What is the difference of two-component silk screen silicone gloves and one-component silk screen silicone gloves?

      With the development of silicone, the application of Silk screen silicone gloves is becoming more and more extensive. Silk screen silicone gloves are to print a layer of silicone on the gloves, which can play a non-slip effect and make the gloves more beautiful, killing two birds with one stone!  

      There are two kinds of silk screen silicone, one is one-component and the other is two-component. Which of these two materials is suitable for printing non-slip gloves?

     Two-component silicone is composed of silicone and curing agent in a ratio of 10:1, which has the advantages of firm bonding, soft hand feeling, good leveling, no bubbles and so on! It is usually screen-printed and then heated and dried to form.

     One-component silicone is also a material, without adding a curing agent, or adding a small amount of additives, suitable for the coating process. The printing thickness is limited, more than 5mm thickness, the interior will not be cured. But after a barrel is used, it must be used up immediately, otherwise the silicone will slowly solidify in the barrel! One-component silicone can be cured by heating or at room temperature.
