If there is a pressure drop, it is necessary to check and repair in time to avoid affecting the quality of rubber products. At the same time, attention should be paid to lubricating the various moving parts of the equipment to reduce running resistance.

2. The heating system is relatively easy. Generally, it is electric heating, steam heating, or heat transfer oil heating. You only need to observe the temperature rise and maintenance of the equipment, and whether the surface temperature of the hot plate is uniform. It is also relatively simple to find problems and troubleshoot them. .

3. The problem of electrical system failure is relatively troublesome to deal with. Operators need to have certain operating experience and knowledge of machinery and electrical appliances. Especially now that the degree of automation of vulcanizing machines is getting higher and higher, many steps are through PLC programs. It is automatically controlled, so if there is a problem with pressure and temperature, the electrical system can be checked first. During daily use, ensure that the host and the electrical box are reliably grounded, regularly check whether each contact is loose, and tighten it in time. At the same time, keep electrical components and instruments clean and dry to avoid impact and moisture.
