  Making labels about divide into three parts,mold preparation-material preparation-production.

First,mold preparation

  Design the label drawing,engraving the mold by CNC machine according to the drawing,if you without CNC machine,you can buy mold from us or other mold suppliers.

Second,material preparation

  Mixing the pvc material and oil with pvc mixing machine,and then mixing with pvc color paste with pvc color matching machine.

  After mixing the materials,remove the air with vacuum machine.

Last,production

  Program through the teaching box or logo shop software,start the dispensing machine and baking oven to finished production.
