How are PVC patches made?

Fist step,desigh patch and make patch mold(purchase CNC machine or buy mold from us),at same time,mixing the pvc raw material and colors paste.

Second step,remove the air from pvc material(the air go in the material when you mixing the material)

Third step,programming with logoshop or teaching box for pvc dispensing machine

Forth step,dispensing and baking the surface color by pvc dispensing machine

Fifth step,dispensing the base color

Last,baking the base color and cooling ,and the take the finised patch from the mold.
