1.Ready raw material and mold

3.Baking and cooling first layer color by in color part mold automatic baking machine(large capacity use production line)

4.After cooling dripping the second layer white color.

5.Baking and cooling second layer color

At the same time,dripping the black color in the second time and then baking and cooling

6.Take the fist mold dripping the third black color

7.Take the second mold and cover on the first mold

8.Molding and cooling by the automatic molding machine

9.After cooling,take the doll from the mold.

10.Finished product show
